SHIPPING POLICY

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, the shipping time will depend on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

 

Are there any shipping delays I should be aware of?

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and public holidays.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

​

  1. Please don't worry. Email us at info@kuttipetti.in with photos of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and either replace the product or refund your money, based on your preference.

  2. The full amount will be refunded, and it should reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the date the refund is processed.

  3. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@kuttipetti.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately at info@kuttipetti.in or 7530043211 to request a cancellation.

 

What if my order has already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.

What if my tracking number doesn’t work?

Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to update. If your tracking number is still not working after this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, unfortunately we do not offer COD

REFUND POLICY

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I get a refund to a different account?

 

No, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

 

Will I be refunded for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
